Beginning December 2024, Panelists will meet monthly of two years to advise on the design, ownership, and operations of the Cultural Center. All panel meetings and activities will be subject to the Bagley Keene Open Meeting Act (Act) for public access.

Since Panel meetings will often include consensus building and voting, all meeting notices and agendas must be publicly posted, and all meetings must be publicly conducted and allow for public testimony. Meeting agendas must be prepared at least 10 days ahead of time and will be shared with all interested parties. The Act sets forth these requirements to ensure all members of the public have access to the decision-making process. You can learn more about the Act here.
